Rental Agreement Terms
Our rental agreements are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional dumpster delivery and removal process for all Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia customers.
1. Delivery & Removal
We provide a one-time delivery and removal service. The dumpster will be delivered to your site at the agreed-upon time and removed at the end of the rental period.
2. Site Restrictions
Site access must be clear and safe for our equipment. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the site is obstructed or if safety hazards are present.
3. Safety & Liability
We provide all necessary safety equipment. You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used in a safe manner and for maintaining a clean site.
4. Rental Duration
Rental periods are fixed and non-negotiable. Late returns will incur additional fees based on the duration of the delay and the size of the dumpster.
5. Payment & Fees
Full payment is due at the time of delivery. Additional fees may apply for late returns, site damage, or if the dumpster is used for non-approved materials.
6. Final Inspection
A final inspection will be conducted before the dumpster is removed. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
